Well, it's a portfolio, right? Or is it a business site? Either way, you need to show what you've done.

It is not a portfolio site.....In the services section we gave some brief about our work...and the portfolio section we showed some of our works.......

That's not at all obvious. I, as a viewer, would expect to find a description, and example of photography when I go to photography, not just in one corner of the site.

you will need to reconsider the background images in the services section, they are very distracting and makes the hover/active state of the menu impossible to read. particularly the photography page and the branding page. also the sounds when you hover in the portfolio are annoying and dont add any value to the site.
Also agree with meesa, as a user I would like to see examples, or at least a link to examples from within any of the pages that are on the homepage, not so tucked away. and also the tag line in the header???it looks like its about 3pt font. and impossible to read. Also its a complete flash page, which obviously will not show anything at all if the user doesnt have flash installed, which is bad accessibility, which is why I never build sites fully in flash....

i think it this web is made on flash...but as i believ jquerry is very much great tool...you can also try this for this type of webs

absolutely. I dont see any need for it to be made in flash at all except, "we alway use flash" or the misguided belief that somehow a full flash site is more professional...as mohib said, it can be done very simply using jquery as well.
