Default valid xhtml for flash media?

I'm working on a web project currently and I realise that the flash I embedded isn't valid XHTML at all.

anyone can help me out?

Use this code, please change the url and flah file name as well as flsh file with and hight. It will be valid by xhtml on http://validator.w3.org

hey guys, I just did tried both methods and realize that it works great in firefox, but it doesn't work in IE when I input the javascript that bypass the new activex control set by microsoft whereby you have to click once before the flash works...

does anyone have any other way to bypass that activex?

*edit* i managed to find a solution to what I asked. =x
