Best way to add articles to website

Hi guys,

I'm working on this site:

problem I have is, that I'm gonna need to add articles to it on daily basis, which I want to appear in the center of the site, I looked at options like drumpal, joomla, wordpress, blogger.com etc.

First two I didn't like at all, wordpress need loads of php customizing which I'm not familiar with since I just learned basics of HTML & CSS recently, and I have no idea how to implement blogger to my site.

My questions is, what's the best way to add articles to that website on regular
basis?

Create the pages on your machine, use ftp to upload them then add them to the navigation.
