Information needed

hey guys
I was chatting to this guy while walking our dogs and he told me about this software that he uses, but I forgot the name of it.

It works like word/ publisher/powerpoint when designing web pages with CSS.
He just places text boxes, images, colums etc on the page and then it turns this into a valid CSS web page with HTML and CSS all done.

Does any one know of some thing that does this? I only do work for a community organisation so i dont have the time to learn html css xhtml well enough to be able to design lots of trial pages.

If any one can help I will be grateful

I have seen people talk about Style Master?

Programs like that use absolutely horrible coding techniques. Those programs rarely validate and they tend to use unnecessary positioning techniques.

You currently have 0 posts. - Around 16 Templates When I wrote this, and we try to add atleast 10 templates every month.
