Hmmmm, I feel like I'm probably the last person to really try out Chrome. I've heard from many friends who use it and love it!! But maybe I just have a fear of change because I like my regular browser

You don't have to switch to it to try it. Just download it and use it for a day. If you're a web designer, you should have all five mojor web browers anyways.

Mac or not, you should still have all five. Or at least access to all five. Just because you're on a Mac doesn't mean you don't develop for IE.

never meant to say that I dont "check" for IE, I do, just it natively cannot run it without having to run bootcamp or parallels or something like that.
I've got an old PC kicking around in my office. it only has ie6-7-8 installed (its XP so 9 cannot run on it) it also has (for oldtimes sake) 5,4 and 3 which is of course very amusing to put sites into. |

I didn't think that's what you were saying.
How do you keep all those versions on there? Usually a newer version overwrites the older one.

Well I am using Google Chrome as my default browser because in that we can get maximum browsing speed.
I remember when i was using Firefox and when i switched to Chrome, than my browsing speed was boosting. |

both are quite buggy for me at the moment. the latest google chrome keeps crashing and the firefox 4beta struggled to a point that i stopped using it. cant say either get my vote for "speed" although chrome i think has the edge slightly in css3/html5 rendering and functionality...however I believe they've just brought out firefox 4 officially so I might jump back to that camp if it's stable...
